Another MMTS – Mathews Micro Triathlon Series – has come to an end with the final series event on Saturday, August 20. More than 30 participants completed the course – and the rain that threatened all week held off! All in all a perfect day for the series finale.

Shown below, Darin swept the top position for awards, completing the MMTS #4 course in the fastest time, and winning the top overall series award as well. Second in the series was Joel Isely, followed in order by Doug Paredes, Aaron Zevenbergen, Ron Myers and Jessica Patterson – 6th overall & top female series finisher.
Successful Season
This year – 2022 – marked the fifth continuous year of the MMTS Series. Participation has grown steadily each year: this year was remarkable in the number of first-time triathletes and the number of participants who completed all series events: 11 did all events and went home with the coveted hoodie sweatshirt.
